About three months ago one of my games, "Lord of the Rings - Battle for Middle Earth" got scratched up. There is a huge perfectly round scratch on the back of it that goes around the disc. Then Yesterday my Halo 3 disc got scratched up with the same circular mark from my other disc. All I did was play it for a while, then I turned it off to go downstairs and eat dinner, then when I came back and turned on my 360 it said that the disc was unreadable. I opened the disc drive and found the huge scratch in the back the disc.
Today, I found out online that the same thing has happened to many other people because of some engineering defect that the 360 has when reading discs. It also says that I can get a full refund for my scratched up discs from Micrososft.
Is this true and if it is how do I let Microsoft know about this?
In other words what's the best way to communicate with them?
