XBOX Live connection problems with NAT?

Ok so I have a STRICT NAT type but I have done EVERYTHING to try and open it. I set my XBL static ip to 192.168.1.120 forwarded ports 88 2074 and 3074 with TCP and UDP protocols and DMZ'ed my XBOX's ip. After all of that I still have a STRICT NAT. Any help would be appreciated as Halo matches are slow, all matches are laggy, and in no way can I connect to my friends... PLEASE help.
I am wired, sorry forgot to mention it.
 
dont use wireless to play xbox live go for the cable right into the back of the xbox
