Xbox Live Marketplace is trying to scam me?

I bought Oblivion on the Xbox Live Marketplace on Christmas day, a month or so later, I wanted to get the Gears Of War 3 Beta, and so I deleted the game from my harddrive thinking that I could download Oblivion again, to my suprise today when trying to re-download, it gives me a message that it's going to charge me ANOTHER 29.99, and I would like to know, is there anyway that I can redownload the game without paying another 30 dollars?
 
Try going into your download history under your account in the My Xbox section and re-download it from there.
 
Go onto account management under settings and select download history and look for the thing and download it from there. That should work if it doesn't I am afraid that you will have to pay $30.
