[Xbox Live Marketplace] Why can't I download Minecraft XBLA?

I stayed up till midnight waiting for it, then I found out it comes out at 6 am instead of midnight. Went to bed. Now its 6 am where I am. Minecraft Is On the "New Releases" category, but theres no download option. I went to the Xbox Live website. There was a purchase option. The first few times I clicked it said "Offer Not valid in your region.". After a couple minutes it let me purchase the game. It took my 1600 MS Points and it still won't let me download. If I click buy game again it will either say "Offer Not valid in your Region" again or "This game has been purchased, go to your Xbox to download it from your queue.". Why can't I download it? and How do I get it?
ROFL MURPHIES LAW!!! The second I posted this question it let me download the game.
