Xbox Marketplace Recommendations - 1200 points?

I have 1200 points and nothing to buy - i dont need any DLCs, and the only games i have bought from marketplace are Battlefield 1943 and that awesome game about Pies and time travel.

Whats the best game i can buy - i dont really like third/first person shooting or racing. I like skill, adventure (Like Assasins Creed, Fallout, Batman etc), fighting (Tekken, Fight Night) and strategy and tactics or just anything creative, intuitive and different - any online strategy games out there for that price? What about this Toy Soldiers thing? Is that like Risk or Chess, or tanks/worms? Any online chess games? I would also kill for an online Tactics game, like Disgea.

I dont plan to buy Black Ops (Fallout NV comes out this week!) and i personally find Plants VS Zombies to be AWFUL!
I'm loving the suggestions but i have Dead Rising 2.... i dont really need Case Zero...

me and my friend played the demo for the arcade game Plants vs. Zombies. that was a good game. i suggest buying that.
