XP downloading torrents 3 times slower than Vista?

I used to have vista and utorrent installed and would be downloading torrents on average @ 3.5mbits, but since I installed xp pro it only downloads @ 1mbit on avergage. And ive made sure that the settings were the same in utorrent as my previous install..

Any ideas?
