they are going with BFs in bike? i have seen many girls sitting in a backseat of Boy's Bike, covering their face completely like terrorists so that nobody should find her. It is a bad thing going on now a days.
 
Maybe it's because of the wind or something yanno if they're going pretty fast..

yes u r right. Even I too observed. In my perception, it's of 2 reason 1. pollution (environment) and 2. people shouldn't recognize them.
