And I opened it up and it was a story about blue native Americans being oppressed. Who can I sue?
 
yes, these are the essential q that need to be studied and answered. i'd consider James Cameron for creating that documentary in the first place - altho suing that enrtire self-aware planet (would that have to be considered a class action suit) also comes to mind. try to get paid off in whatever that mineral was that everybody was so excited about.
