The American Academy of Allergy, Asthma & Immunology (AAAAI) and CSL Behring are pleased to announce Duane Wesemann, MD, PhD, of Brigham and Women's Hospital, as the recipient of the 2010 Young Investigator Award. The collaborative award, funded by an unrestricted grant from CSL Behring and administered by the AAAAI, provides $85,000 per year for three years. The award supports the development of academic and/or clinical immunology research careers of junior faculty who have demonstrated a commitment to the study and care of patients with primary immune deficiency disease.
