I want to make a decent deck so I can play at my locals, I'm not looking to become the king of games or anything but I want to know if a Dark World deck can still work well without Tour Guides.
Some places I've seen say don't bother at all with Dark World if you can't have Tour Guides. I don't have $150 for a Tour Guide so they are definitley out of the question.
So is it worth running Dark World?
I'm thinking about Disaster Dragon too, because all of the cards I'd need for it are in my price range and I know they can be aggresive decks to use. I really want to buy something that I can actually win with.
So, Dark World without Tour Guide or Fabled Raven or any expensive cards like that, can it be done and can it be done so that you have a deck that can still win, atleast at a local level.
If it can't, would you suggest Disaster Dragon? Can they still do well?
Note: My locals, nobody spends big on cards like Tour Guides, so nobody has really expensive, pro level decks.
May I ask what monsters you use then? Also, how well does your deck run without them?
