Why the heck do i keep losing my focus. i just dont understand it.

Maybe you have lack of motivation in your fitness plan that is why you are losing focus. Set realistic goals and remember why you started working out. Add fun in your fitness plan, keep experimenting and note what works for you.

Here is just need to know about the workout plan that what you want to achieve and here you didn't right about your current diet plan.So,give your detail that the members can make suggestions for you.
