ok so I am taking a pssa test its a pennsylvania state standard assesment test. ( the most important test of the year if you do good they will put you in a higher class level next year. anyway my question is what should i eat for breakfast something that will help me do better on the test.

I here people say yogurt, oatmeal, bananas, etc but I never here about people eating steaks for breakfast. Would a small steak or lamb steak with a egg and piece of toast be good?
