I am making these vegan snickerdoodles (this recipe is amazing btw) and a guest in my house is dieting and wants to know how many calories are in each cookie. I don't really know how to find out how many calories each cookie has. Any help? Easy 5 stars!

I was thinking over this because im trying to find a way to lose weight. Im quite overweight for my age (14) and i want to get to 150 lb so i was thinking of different concepts and here is what ran scross my mind: we need to eat a certain amount of food a day to keep from going into starvation...
apparently i dont eat my essential daily calories. i eat very little and exercise two hours at the gym every day so most of what i eat is burned off anyway.
at the end of the day my stomach feels empty but i dont feel like eating even though i have to

I enjoy running, A LOT. I get anywhere between 7 to 10 miles a day at the gym and when I come home I'm starving from my workout. I usually eat around 1600-1700 calories without exercise, so if I increase my calorie intake to 2000 (a balanced diet) will my hunger diminish? Sometimes I exercise...

All the exercise bikes at my gym are the non electronic ones so I can't see how many calories I'm burning like most treadmills show.
Is there an iPhone App or something that can let me do this? Count my burned calories? Thanks!
