i need to burn around 1000 calories a day, im sorta new at this any suggestions

I want to lose weight quickly but not sacrifice needed nutrients or balance of protein, carbs and fat. I already take a complete multi-vitamin and have considered spirulina. Any suggestions?
I am 5 ft 5 in and a female
I am on a diet. Here is what I ate today:
Breakfast- Kashi whole grain cereal w/ milk and blueberries
Lunch- a salad w/ mixed greens, cucumber, onion, lot's of tomato, and a little Italian dressing and a 100% juice drink
Snack- yogurt
Dinner- salmon with mixed veggies...
I'm 15-years old, girl, 100-104 pounds, did I eat too much today, or can I afford to eat more?
-package of cinnamon flavored Multigrain Munchems (130 calories)
-8-9 small-sized strawberries
-bowl of Fibre One, honey and oats flavour with 2% milk
-multiple handfuls of mini wheats cinnamon...
leisurely? At 218 lbs 5'11", at the age 18? I got my bike fixed up, and I plan on using it to lose alot of unwanted weight. If I rode my bike about 5 miles per day, at a normal pace, sit peddling, and stand peddling to speed up every so often, approximately how many would I burn in one lap?
So this is what I do know...correct me if I am wrong.
Elliptical - 40 min. burns 550 calories for my weight.
so how many calories will I burn by doing this:
elliptical - 40 min.
crunches - 4 sets of 20 reps
push ups 3 sets of 10 reps
bicep curls 3 sets of 10 reps
upright row 3 sets of 10 reps...
for a person who is 5ft 4 166lbs and does hardly any excerise.
is dancing a good form of excersise?? like just to regular songs on the radio with a good beat. no special form of dance. lol
well thats not the type of excerise im relying on.
im gunna be doing walking, and swimming aswell.
So do you include your metabolism when you are counting how much calories you burned?
Like if you eat 1500 calories, burn 400 and naturally burn 1200, are you going to lose weight?
If I jog from my house to 3 houses down the street and back. Then I walk a telephone pole and jog two telephone poles and do that for 40 minutes. How many caleries do you think I could lose?
I was looking on the back of a package and I noticed some thing that said Calories_ Calories from fat_ whats the difference ? Do you burn the Calories from fat or just the Calories or both please help me out .. Thanks :)
