I want to download some sport matches and the format is xvid, but when i google the dowload, I get many sites, and I would like to know which is the authentic site. I don't want a virus or something. So, where did you download your xvid player?

when i downloaded a movie of emule, which is a torrent, i opened it up and all it did was say codec is missing. please download and install codec from... i clicked the link and it said the site had been blocked. does anyone know how to get around this problem??

I am able to encode .avi files with DivX video that will play on my Panasonic DMP-BD80 Blu-Ray player, but there is always no sound. I have tried mp3, aac, ac3 and various others. Does anyone know which audio codecs will work with my player?

okay so my big black samsung usb has some on my dvds on it and they worked on the tv and now when i plug into the dvd and watch one of them you can hear the sound but the screen is black because it say's no codec support. can you help me fix this or give me a link to get a codec thing. When I use Windows Live Movie Maker to edit my HD MPEG 4 video with my computer Vista. Windows Live Movie Maker said the video is not compitable due to miss of video codec. Does any one know how to solve the problem. I have made an internet search, can not get the proper codec.

Almost every video that uses the divx codec has a 50% rate of crashing whatever media player is running. It even crashes the divx player itself, just fyi. Basically it sucks - k-lite or community which one
