    A codec is the abbreviated form of coder decoder . XVID is a high quality movie file type. For playing it I recommend you to have POWER DVD but you can still use the K lite mega pack or KMPlayer or VLC media player for playing this file.

    I downloaded a bit torrent movie and when i go to play it with my real player i get a message saying i need to update with icm.xvid codec but real player doesnt have the update? Also when i play the movie i do get sound just no video! what do i need to do? im new at bit torrents
