im going to be doing 1 hour running on the treadmill daily plus 100 sit ups daily
as well as walking 1 hour a day to and from school
and cutting down 500 cals a day
how does it sound? do you think i'll lose weight?
Zevia is a Stevia soda. Although, I do use Zevia in my tea everyday, I don't know the health hazards of Zevia. Wouldn't it be excessive sweetness especially for diabetics?
Ok so im not fat im thin but i eat bad foods. I want to stop that right now. No more bad foods, being lazy and watchin tv. I want to be active and eat right and keep the weight off. But i wouldnt even know where to begin. I am a vegitarian so i dont eat fast foods, but i do eat alot of soups...
