I want a TV show that's only released on DVD in Canada. I do not (do NOT) have a fancy multi-region DVD player.
Is Canada considered a different region for these products? It costs more money to have something shipped down from Canada, and I don't want to go through the trouble or the cost...

I was thinking about getting my husband some DVDs in Russian. They're coming from the Ukraine, and I've read that some DVD players in North America won't play DVDs from other countries. Will my XBOX360 play them?

I have a Dell Dimension 4400 Desktop with a Sony DVD Rom/CD Burner combo drive. It reads CD's fine and plays games on CD format, but wont read or play any DVDs (games or Movies). Any advice would be appreciated. Also the computer is running windows XP with SP3.

I have a DVD recorder/player, and it has the YPbPr cables in the back. Will this thing be able to play an HD DVD? It doesn't say anything on it about HD, but it DOES have those cable outputs. If it doesn't have HD capabilities, will using the YPbPr make the video quality any better? Thanks.
