i only go heavy on bench press any more.. looking for a full body exercise just to keep the rest of me in shape instead of doing a bunch of little exercises, something that works legs, shoulders and back really good for toning ..
For the past couple of weeks the muscles and joints (knee) have been hurting. Mild discomfort in the joints and a dull achey pain in the muscles. What could this be????
And when I say hurt, I mean the normal pain you get a day after exercise. Is my form bad? I feel the workout in my abs too. I kind of go into a curl shape and suck my belly in when doing them, so that might be why my back hurts.
bike (45 mins)? Is this normal?
I am overweight but it looks like I've worked out on my arms but I haven't really.
I haven't lost much weight but I definately have become more toned.

I'm currently a freshman in high school, and I work out every single day as a part of the football curriculum. My friend's brother told us that if we get punched in the arm multiple times, it will tear the muscles and 'improve' them.
So basically, we still do our normal every day workout...
