I have a medium sized pork roast that I'm going to be cooking & I was looking for some really good recipes to make it. It's 2:15 now, I'm looking to have it done by like 5-6pm..so I don't think the slow cooker would work. But does anyone have any recipe ideas? Thanks in advance!!
A Roast Pork recipe calls for tabasco sauce (1/2 tsp). Can I replace that with a hot sauce and get a similar finished product? (I am thinking about using a presidents choice "louisiana hot sauce" if that makes any difference.
