which one do you think is better? i know the GMC has duel gas tanks and has 16 mpg on streegs, and the silverado has 13. Can anyone tell me which one you think is better?

starting.? The truck is a 1999, and I am absolutely sure it is the fuel pump. Why wouldn't this brand new pump be working?
