the only way i can get it to charge is if i shut down and take out the batter, put it back in, and plug the ac adapter. then it charges while the laptop is off.

Its an anime and it has dual audio with subtitles, I scan the file for subtitle tracks and there none, but when it plays on the computer it always reads th subtitles tracks, but when I try to burn it it doesn't even find any?? How do I fix this?
