...equally hardcore workout dvd...? Does anyone know of a workout dvd on the market which is along the same fitness level as the Nell McAndrew range? I ve bought one or two mistakedly but they are just not as challenging?

I wouldn't really recommend going to the gym and spending money. You can do work outs at your house that don't cost any money and work just as well.

I run the 400m dash but when we are doing sprint workouts like 2 40s 2 60s 2 80s and 2 100s the other people get ahead of me when i try to run faster. Its like I shouldn't try to run faster and just stay the same speed? Any advice?
