Of course it won't. Obama and the people in Congress are politicians. If you completely trust a typical politician to do the right thing, then you are TOO trusting.

it will not even make it to the local politicians pockets. it will stay were it began in the senates pockets, pet projects and bailing out their favorite banks, look at wall street and the stock markets for the answers. we are in big trouble here and it isnt going to get any better anytime soon
