1991 Honda Accord Tail lights out.?

I rear-ended someone and now the dashboard doesnt light up and the tail lights dont work, yet the break lights and head lights do. there isnt much damage to the front of the car, except the right high beam and blinker light are gone.
any help would be greatly appreciated.
