My car is literally stranded in my driveway. Yesterday I started the car, put it in reverse, went back about 4 feet then it shut off. It won't start up again. I stayed there trying again and again. It only ran that first time about 3 seconds before shutting off. Now, it only cranks and cranks but will not start. If I leave it alone for a few hours it will start, but only for a few seconds before shutting off again. The battery is fine, I can hear the fuel pump, it turns just fine. I would say its the starter, but it does start; just only for a few seconds. Any Ideas?
