I have a 99 bmw 740il ive changed the wheels to 22inch..for some reason my brakes get locked as soon as the antilock brake system comes on and the car wont move until like an hour later...The problem usually starts when i go on the freeway...Does anybody know what this is..I know the car can handle 22's because my friend has the same car on 22's but his is fine...When it cools off the antilock brake systems turns off and the car runs again>
