2010 Buick Enclave the headrest DVD player volume won't work?

My 2010 Buick Enclave has DVD players on the back of the headrests. the volume won't go up or down. the batteries have been changed. everything works except volume.
anyone else have this problem?

Does yours have the volume control on the headrest unit itself & if so, do those work?? Does either one work at all with the buttons on the headrest unit? You may need to run it to your local Buick dealership & let them look at it
