I have a couple (well a lot)of questions....
Is les mills bodyflow only available in san ramon and denver? Is there a gym near orange that does it?
Is it true they have a spa or is it just the pool/steam room/sauna/tanning (etc)? If it is true please give me as many details as possible.
How do the massages work? Do you have to pay extra? Do you have to make an appointment?
What should I wear to a steam room/sauna?
Where is their largest gym located?
