4 year old wont stop screaming!!!!?

My little brother wont stop screaming and crying and we dont know why. We thought he was just haning a tantrum and but him in timeout. He is 4. We gave him a bath, nap, watched a movie, gave him new toys, and much more. We thought he wet himself but he didn't. How do I make him stop screaming crying and figure out what wrong?
He is biting now. Hard. I warned him that i would spank him. I hate spanking him. What should I do?

6 options for discipline, and 2 for caring.
1- spank him
2- time-out
3- ground him
4- tell him STOP
5- ignore him
6- put him in a "naughty kid" spot

1- ask him politely and caringly what is wrong
2-play with him and see if he stops

give him some candy or sweets and a big hug... ask him polightely down at his level, but not in his face what is wrong.

Is his ear red? Is it possible he has an ear infection? Is he tired? Try to get him to sleep. You may need to take him to the doctor. Take him for a drive and see if he falls asleep. Good luck! I feel for you.

I think you should let him cry it out and eventually he will have enough. That's what my mom did to my brother.

Spare the rod spoil the child.
Honetly, buying him new stuff to make the screaming stop is not going to work.
Being nice is not going to work. End of.
If your parents are fine with spaking, dont just warn, warn and when he doesnt listen do.
