Ahh I see. :) I suggest you bring some foods that can be stored and be sure to bring an ice pack, etc. (This is for when you stop. Or you can just bring snacks if you're going to stop and eat when you're hungry.) You can bring some toys to keep her occupied, since it is a fairly long distance. She should be fine as long as she is occupied and you can stop once in a while so she can get some fresh air. =)
I'm pretty sure she will be napping alot of the ride, so it wont be so bad.

Hope I helped and good luck on your trip! :)

My son was was about that old when we drove somewhere for the first time. It was about 5 hours away but took about 7! So be prepared for a longer ride than you thought! We just stopped every few hours to feed him, change his diaper and let him get out of his car seat for a bit while feeding. I tried just to keep his feeding schedule the same as not traveling. But, if your baby goes to sleep, just let her sleep! Good luck!

At the end of the month, we will be driving down to Florida from North Carolina to visit my bf's family. We will only be there about 3 days, but it's about a 10 hour drive there and we will be taking the dog. Does anyone have any tips as far as what to bring for her, and what things I should watch out for, etc. She will be 6 weeks old when we take the trip. Thanks so much!
