My 8 year old son was diagnosed at 4 with ADHD. He has had some issues since he was 18 months and got his MMR shot. He completely quit talking and started lashing out. Now that we have that problem under control other issues are happening. A couple Dr.'s said he might have Auspergers, but that was determined not to be. Now he has vocal tics, for about a year, and within the last couple months has developed Motor Tics. Also, he has been diagnosed with Oppositional Defiant Disorder, Obsesive Compulsive Disorder, and Insomnia. Even with all of these issues, he is a Straight A Student at school. No Grades Below 97% all year.
Does anyone know what might cause this? Or what I can do to help him? What might he actually have going on?
