A driving permit question?

Ok, so im gonna get my permit, and i had a question. I have 2 brothers and 1 sister and they re always with either my mom or my dad. So if i was to go out driving with lets say my dad. Would my little brother be able to go if my dad gave permission? Thanks
 
Yes, if there is someone over 25 (I believe) with a active Drivers' License in the car with you, then you can have many people in the car.
