A question about my cell phone and my dad?

If I have a job, pay rent, help keep the house clean, help cook dinner almost every night, can drive, still live at home and pay for my own cell phone with my own money, can my dad take it away from me? I'm 22. So can he take it from me? What should I do if he does or tries to take it? Thanks...
 
well for one your 22 your not a kid anymore he dont have the right to take it. he does not pay for it you do so its yours if he tries to take it tell him that" he dont pay for it that you do and to back off and that he wouldnt like it if you took something of his away that he pays for"
 
lol no your 18 considered an adult. if he does it is considered stealing and you can call the cops. just be aware he will most likely make you move out if you do
