Let t be the time it takes the car to overtake the truck. The truck will then have traveled an extra 60t miles. The car will travel 67t miles and must cover the original 13 miles plus 60t additional miles the truck has covered. 67t = 60t + 13 7t = 13 t = 7/13 hours
