accidentally updated my iphone software need help either restoring or unlocking it.?

hi, i got this unlocked 2g iphone from ebay and it was working perfectly when i connected it to itunes i saw a message box asking to upgrade, and without thinking i upgraded and now its locked. when i try to restore it itunes tells me that it will restore and upgrade the software. how do i go back or maybe unblock the new version?? plz help.
 
As far as I know, there is no way to "revert" back to the jailbroken version. When iTunes updates the software, it erases the BIOS and OS and replaces them with the new versions. So restoring or reverting would only downgrade it to the G1 software. You may be able to find copies of jailbroken OS software on a Bittorrent site or something though.
