I am using an NDS Lite, (which should work fine with this device) and am trying to use a code which will modify my Trainer Name in Pokemon SoulSilver (North America). I am 100% sure I have the correct codes (I've used the exact same code before with an older AR-DS which no longer works, (broken prong in the AR) But when I activate the code with the AR-DSi, the code seems to submit, but nothing changes in-game. I've thus tried to use other codes, to isolate the problem. I first attempted a very long code, involving 30 pokemon to be submitted into one of my boxes, which caused the game to freeze (normal). I then, tried one with 4 pokemon, which did not freeze the game, but did not have any effect on the game at all. All boxes were still empty, etc.. Is there a sort of "Master code/Game enabler" Code I have forgotten about? Or does anyone know what the problem may be?
