advance question for weight training products?

ok bassically i dont consume 1gram of protien for one pound of body weight i cant , im bassically 97 kg , 6,3 and i training at the gym 4 times a week, i am getting no where in mass been benching 80 for 7 months curling 40 for the last 3 months

and i am planning to take ammino acid pills becuase the shakes contain kcals , some people say you need to burn more then you eat some say you burn how much you eat all confusing, i want to get big and lose weight so like any advice on pill products im planning to get CLA but what else thanks,
