There is this guy that sits behind me in class and I turn around and talk to him all the time. When i put my arm on his desk, his hand ends up touching my arm. Its hard to explain but yeah. And If he is sitting in front of me and turns around and puts his arm on my desk, his hand is touching my arm and he doesnt move it. what does that mean??? like does he like me? or am i just thinkning about it too much?? HELP!

also, this happens pretty much every day.

and he has a girlfriend
 
Uhm i think he's just flirting a little bit with you.. just because. Unless he breaks up with his girlfriend and starts giving you more signs/flirting, dont go for it.
 
If he touches you, it's on purpose. A guy wouldn't just touch a girl "by mistake". He is flirting, girlfriend or no, he is flirting. But think about it deeply, would you want a guy that would flirt with other girls when he's in a committed relationship?
 
If he's known to be a player: He's just playing around.

If he's had long relationships: He's goofing off.

If he's your friend: He's being friendly.

If none of these apply: He likes you and doesn't really know how to tell you, so he's trying to get you to figure it out.
