I went to the gym on Sunday, I managed 20 mins on a cross trainer and had to stop there before i died but I figure, if i can do an extra 5/10 mins every time i go then it will get easier. I don't necessarily need to lose weight but i need to tone up! i have given up smoking for 2 months now so i am eating more and want to go on a total health kick! I am 5'2 and i weigh 7stones 1lb which i think is 45kg and about 98lbs (not 100% sure though). I know i am not overweight but I do have a bit of a flabby stomach which i would like to be flat again!
What sort of foods do you suggest I eat and what is the best equipment in the gym for me to use?
