Advice on fantasy basketball mega trade?

Ive been offered Lebron James, JeVale Mcgee, and Russell Westbrook for Carmelo Anthony and Chris Paul. I need reb and blk. Should I take the offer?
fyi Im playing in a h2h league and the team that offered me the trade is 1st in the league. Im 2 games behind him in 2nd.
 
I would take it. all your categories should go up with this trade, especially if your looking for blocks. Westbrook is avging 1.5 asts (8/game) less than paul but is scoring nearly 6 more. anthony slightly rebounds over james but mcgee will make up for that.
