i've just this last week signed up to be a hustler on All Time Low's fansite and i've been reading up on meet and greets...do you HAVE to have bought tickets in the presale to be eligible for a m&g or as long as you're an active Hustler at the time of the concert does it matter when or where you bought the tickets to be eligible for a meet and greet?
