Any good workout routiens? And any advice for a flatter stomach?

Okay,I don't want to take ANY pills,I want to do it the regular way.Any workout routiens that will make me loose weight in two weeks? And how can I make my clafs extra strong because I'm about to take a test [PE Test] at my school and I want to be in fit for it,so I can get a good grade,and also how can I getr a flatter stomach? Thank you guys!!!!
