I want to help the healing process, not hinder it, so no unhealthy stuff like ice cream, pudding, jello, etc...

Soups, porridge, egg custard, scrambled egg, sloppy mashed potato, stewed fruit with custard or yoghurt.

Mashed potaotes, mashed cauliflower, cottage cheese, cream soups (you can buy them low fat), oatmeal, smoothies, scrambled eggs, crustless quiche, macaroni and cheese (Stouffers is really soft), tofu.

Irish Colcannon. It's soft, warm and not unhealthy. Also, it's easy to cook. Here's the link > http://www.cooks.com/rec/view/0,1950,154174-239203,00.html

the pain from tooth pulled only last for max 3 days. but, there will be small hole where the tooth used to be, should be carefull not to stuck any food in it. so probably go to soupy things. the gum cell should recover in 2 weeks or so.
