Softball tryouts are coming up for my school, and they have starting conditioning. Although i go to those every time, and i stopped snacking, i havnt changed at all. I am the same weight, and it doesnt seem that i can run for longer, and so on. I still lose my breathe, i still have a belly and my legs are still big. I need help soon, cause tryouts are just around the corner. Any tips?
