If a Verizon customer blocked my number from receiving/making calls/texts tome, if I were to send them a text via internet (US Cell online) would they receive it? [FYI, not stalking this person. This guy was cheating on his GF, got caught, blocked my number - just found out I am pregnant, obv need to contact him... Help!]
