Apple iPod Touch: I am trying to locate the iOS 4.2 software update...?

I have spent 3 hours trying to figure this out and I give up! I updated my iPod Touch software last night to the 1.1.5 version. I downloaded some game apps which I wasnt able to sync to my device and after doing a little research I found out I needed to also update my software to the iOS 4.2 software (this is compatable with my iTouch). However according to the Apple website this available update is supposed to show in the iTunes but its not. I cannot find any link to bring me to the download on Apple's site and I'm super frustrated. DOes anyone know how I can get an actual direct link wether on iTunes or not which will bring me to the download location. Any help will be much appreciated!! Thanks in advance
