Are all Apps going to be free on Blackberry App World?

You may have heard that due to the 3 day fault on blackberry's that RIM is offering Apps worth up to £63/$100 for free to Blackberry owners. Does anyone know whether this will include all apps from the app world or just a select few? £63/$100 worth of credit on free apps seems a lot for just a few to be available.

It's going to be only what they think are their premium apps on a rotating basis for about a month it starts I think tomorrow Oct 19th.
