Are Celebrities Entitled To 2nd Hand Games Profits?

For example mike tyson got a share of money when mike Tyson's punch out was sold (well am sure he did?) or how about joe madden, jo Montana, evander holyfields real deal boxing etc But over the years these games will end up in 2nd hand shops and will then be sold between the shop owners and other people. Wouldn't the celebrities be entitled to a share of the profit? :)
