Are the cars in Mercenaries 2 on Ps2 slower Then on the Xbox 360 Version?

Because I have Mercenaries 2 on Ps2 but the cars go really slow and i saw a video on youtube.com Where a Monster car was going really fast up hills and stuff, But when i tried it on my Ps2 version My Monster car was going EXTREMELY slow!
Also do theses cheats work?
Invincibility
Unlimited ammunition
All vehicles
All supplies
All airstrikes except Nuke
Nuke
Refill fuel
All costumes
Grappling hook
